Our company offers a wide range of training in substance abuse and Mental Health Disorders.

We offer workshops for Human Resource professionals as well as developing sophisticated programs involving policy development and peer support groups.

We have areas of expertise in union based facilities and with Human Resource Professionals.

When addiction has permeated a workplace, disciplinary action is not the solution. The real solution is to change the workplace culture so that substance use is not tolerated by anyone including, management, union and labour force.

Working beside someone who is impaired, even in the smallest degree, is a workplace safety hazard.
